Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to ignitesummit@iron.markets by October 1, 2024. Cancellations received by this date will receive a refund with a 10% administrative fee. Registrants wishing to cancel may send someone to take their place without penalty if they send a request with the replacement person’s name by October 1, 2024.

No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2024. If you do not cancel and do not attend the event, you are still responsible for full payment.

After this date, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and sent to ignitesummit@iron.markets for consideration. The IGNITE Construction Summit will review special requests for refunds no later than November 22, 2024. The IGNITE Construction Summit retains the right to determine what constitutes an emergency situation, if additional supporting documentation is required, and if a refund will be given, and the IGNITE Construction Summit’s decision will be final.

Hotel and transportation reservation cancellations must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the hotel, airline and/or other company.

If the event is cancelled or not held for any reason, registered attendees will receive a refund of all amounts actually paid.

No refunds are offered for classes/sessions which may be suspended or shortened due to weather or other conditions or circumstances beyond IRONMARKET’s control.

The IGNITE Construction Summit, its contractors, and attending news media may be photographing or videotaping sessions at the event. By attending the IGNITE Construction Summit, attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow their image to be used by the IGNITE Construction Summit in association publications, on the IGNITE Construction Summit website, and in marketing and promotional materials. Attendees at the IGNITE Construction Summit waive all claims against the IGNITE Construction Summit for any liability resulting from these uses. Furthermore, I acknowledge the IGNITE Construction Summit’s right to crop, splice, treat, and edit any photographs taken of me at the IGNITE Construction Summit’s sole discretion. I waive my right to inspect or approve the finished product, now and in the future, whether that use is known or unknown to me.

I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the IGNITE Construction Summit and its agents or employees, including any company publishing and/or distributing the finished product in whole or in part, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or in the taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.

By registering for and attending the IGNITE Construction Summit events, I hereby agree that I accept the terms stated above and, indemnify and hold harmless the IGNITE Construction Summit, its affiliates and their respective directors, employees and agents (including, without limitation, any agent acting on its behalf) from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys` fees) resulting from attendance at the IGNITE Construction Summit events.
